Release Anxiety and Channel Confidence
In this exercise, we’re going to explore how mindfulness can help restore feelings of confidence that may have been negatively impacted over time - releasing the stress and anxiety that comes from holding on to those negative feelings.
Getting through difficult circumstances can actually help you develop an even stronger sense of yourself and a deeper appreciation for your resourcefulness.
With practice, challenges can be seen with appreciation, even excitement, as we let go of anxiety and embrace confidence.
You may sometimes notice yourself over-monitoring everything in your experience, looking out for signs of danger, harm, or anything unpleasant.
Today, we will practice letting go of the anxiety for things that are not endangering us in the present moment.
Remember that 99% of the time we’re actually ok In each present moment.
So if you learn to acknowledge that act of over-monitoring without letting it take over, you will begin to replace fear with confidence in your current state of being safe and whole.
