  • [01:39] At age 40, Terry found out that someone came in to cash his company. It was a heck of a deal and prompted him to think that happiness happens on the way to success.

  • [02:03] And so at that point, he decided to start his own company.

  • [04:00] Terry’s story of how he achieved an impossible goal

  • [05:30] How Terry failed 43 of the 44 times, But he got a call from a guy from United press and lo and behold, he got a call from the Carson show, Johnny Carson's Tonight show.

  • [10:21] Everybody has that million-dollar idea for him. He keeps a list of six things on a piece of paper at night when he goes to bed, he looks them over,

  • [11:30] Terry’s philosophy on luck and how he says “I’m ready to conquer the world. And so I think it's a mental thing that happens with luck and when you do have success, you find ways to pump yourself up, to be able to take that next step”

  • [14:00] Never judge. Every idea is a good idea. Write them all down, put them all on the bushel basket.

  • [15:30] You can dream all you want about the best idea, but until you do it, you're not going to make any money.

  • [18:23] Terry’s life lesson: happiness happens on the way to success. So enjoy life as it is.
