Cultivating and Strengthening Your Inner Drive with Victor Lee | Ep. 98
Moving from Brazil to New York City at 17 years was a completely new experience for Victor, but he had to follow the path to achieve his goals. He wanted to pursue a creative path, and he took the chance to challenge his creativity, culture, social etiquette, and communication, which so far has been rewarding.
Victor started his career in visual media, film, and television. The audio space was a completely new world for him and his partners at the beginning. They did a lot of research and listened to the classic and big shows to see what was done before them and what they could improve. After realizing the podcasting medium's potential, they decided to start podcasting.
After a challenging startup now, they are completely on a different path. None of them is an engineer, but they have a fine understanding of technology. It has been a huge learning curve, and at every point, they called the moment soul searching of what they want to do. They always took the risk to level up, and it has been a great experience.
